SHIPPING

Shipping is FREE on all orders shipped to any destination within the continental USA.

When will I get my order?

Orders are processed within 1-­2 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. nationally observed holidays. At this time, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number.

Can I make modifications to my order once it's been placed or processed?

Unfortunately it is not possible to modify any details of your order after it has been placed. The shipping and payment methods, the number of products and the delivery address cannot be changed. We can, however, cancel an order at any point before it ships out, where you will then be able to place a new order for the correct item.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse located in New Jersey (U.S.)

 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

I love your products, but I don’t live in the United States. Will you ship to my country?

Absolutely! If you need your goods shipped to a destination outside of the United States, international shipping costs will automatically populate at checkout based on the weight, volume, and destination of your order. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations due to weight and size restriction.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Will I be charged customs fees?

Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing if international orders will be charged customs fees. We are not personally involved with international customs and do not collect any fees. OboraLux is not responsible for paying any import duties or customs fees for international shipments.

 


RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your pieces from OL--- so, we offer FREE RETURNS! You can return any new, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.

How do I return a purchase?

Simply log-in to our RETURN CENTER and enter the email address associated with your order to receive your prepaid return label.  Once you receive your label, you can drop off your package at any UPS location. Please repack the item carefully to ensure that your its return to us in new condition.

Are there any exceptions to your return policy?

International orders and FINAL SALE purchases can not be returned for a refund.

Once I mail in my return, when will I get my refund?

We can refund a return, upon request, within 30 days of purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive your returned item(s) and process your request. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product plus taxes. If the item was a gift, we will issue store credit for the return in the form of a gift card.

Can I return sale items?

​We accept returns on sale items unless they are marked FINAL SALE.

What do I do if the wrong item is shipped to me?

How do I exchange a gift?

Received something that’s not quite your style? Return it, and once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. Email us at support@oboralux.com to start the return process.
