14-day hassle-free returns for U.S. customers If you are not satisfied with your OL purchase, you can send it back for an exchange or refund. You have 14 days after delivery to initiate an exchange or return. All items returned for refund or exchange must be in new, saleable condition with original tags (if applicable) and packaging intact.

Discounted and sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I begin the return process?

We've made it easy for you to request a return and send back an order. Simply log-in to our RETURN CENTER and enter your order number and the email address associated with your purchase. 

Then select one of the following options: 

  1. Return your item for a refund-minus the cost of delivery. We will email you a shipping label 
  2. Return your item for store credit-with free return shipping. We will email you a shipping label
  3. Exchange- return the original item with a free shipping label we email to you. Then we will ship your new item(s) out at no additional cost
  4. You return your purchase for a refund and pay your own return shipping. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Keep in mind, your refund will be credited to the original method of payment. Returns time may vary, depending on your shipment selection. Once your return is received, we will contact you by email to let you know the status of your refund. 

Please note: OL is not liable or responsible for loss or damage incurred by the carrier or upon delivery. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for lost packages – inquiries about compensation for lost, stolen, or damaged packages should be directed to your selected postal carrier. We apologize for any inconvenience.
